These terms explain how photographs may be submitted, displayed, credited, and used on Things To Do In Ireland.

Submitted photography

If you submit photographs to the site, you confirm that you own the images or have permission to provide them. You also confirm that the images do not infringe copyright, privacy, or other rights.

Permission to use images

By submitting images for a business listing, editorial feature, event page, or partnership placement, you grant Things To Do In Ireland permission to display, crop, resize, optimise, and use those images in connection with the relevant page or promotion.

Credits

We will make reasonable efforts to honour agreed image credits where credits are supplied and technically practical. Credits may be edited for length, clarity, or formatting.

People, places, and permissions

Submitters are responsible for obtaining any required permissions, releases, or licences for identifiable people, private property, venues, artwork, trademarks, or restricted locations shown in submitted photographs.

Removal requests

If you believe an image has been used incorrectly, contact us with the page URL, image details, and your relationship to the image.
